this player does that without being overly complex or too dumbed down. this player will play like any other player out of the box but unlike many players you have the options you need to taylor it for your specific setup. if you care about that then you need a player that allows you those options for both SDR and HDR content without limiting you. it takes some knowledge to setup windows 10, madvr, and potplayer correctly to get that perfect picture and sound but that's true regardless of the player you choose. Of all the paid and free players i've used over the years, with the many configuration options this player has and configured correctly, i by far get the best viewing experience with this player on my homecinema.
